Seasonal Events are special occasions that occur at a particular time of the year. During these festivals, players can complete seasonal quests and obtain unique cosmetic items. Additionally, cities around Eorzea are decorated according to the themes of the events. Moonfire Faire, the first event in A Realm Reborn, takes place around September. All Saints’ Wake, the Halloween themed event, takes place in October.

Если вы хотите принять в нем участие, то вам придется отправиться в Old Gridania и поговорить с Damaris (скриншот с месторасположение вы найдете чуть ниже). У вас будет возможность получить довольно интересный шлем.
Учтите, что вы не сможете выполнить этот квест в Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, когда ивент закончится (а он закончится 14 января). И советуем также почитать про цены на недвижимость в FFXIV.

Разработчики MMORPG TERA наконец-то продемонстрировали новый класс. Выбрать его могут только представительницы расы Elin. В качестве оружия используются крюки и темная магия.

Компания Gaijin Entertainment сообщает, что с ЗБТ War Thunder танков частично снимается запрет о неразглашении. Так как это очень ранняя версия, предназначенная в первую очередь для выявления и устранения ошибок, а также для работы над балансом и основными правилами игры, то в игре есть множество недочетов и ошибок, порой достаточно существенно влияющих на игровой процесс и внешний вид. Разработчики продолжают вести работы над улучшением оптимизации игры.
Также возможны специальные тесты не готовых или экспериментальных особенностей, которые также могут исказить восприятие игры в целом. Для этого и проводится ЗБТ, и для этого же вводится вообще соглашение о неразглашении. Тем не менее, сотрудники Gaijin Entertainment понимают, что игрокам хочется поделиться своими впечатлениями о ЗБТ, удачными скриншотами и видео. Изменения в правилах:
Участнику ЗБТ нельзя:
– Публично распространять информацию о багах и недоработках игры за пределы специального ЗБТ-форума.
– Высказывать публично негативные оценки отдельных моментов и ЗБТ версии в целом (так как каждый из них вполне вероятно может еще поменяться).
Участнику ЗБТ можно:
– Говорить публично о хороших моментах игры, которые есть уже сейчас.
– Демонстрировать видео и скриншоты с ЗБТ не показывающие ошибок и не выставляющие игру в неприглядном свете.

‘Final Fantasy XIV’ Noctis Event: Everything to Know About ‘A Nocturne for Heroes’ FFXV Crossover Event
A new Final Fantasy XIV crossover event featuring beloved Final Fantasy XV hero Noctis has made its way to the game. Find out everything you need to know about the Nocturne for Heroes event, here.
On Tuesday, Square Enix launched a new FFXIV crossover event, “A Nocturne for Heroes” featuring none other than the hero of FFXV, Noctis Lucis Caelum. The event, which runs through May 27 will see Noctis enter the world of Hydaelyn in his Regalia mount. There he will join the Warriors of Light in battle against magitek infantry, magitek armor, and even the Messenger, Garuda, from Eos.

Besides new quests, the event features a number of FFXV-themed rewards that player can earn. These rewards include:
- The Regalia Mount – A replica of Noctis’ amazing car. Regalia is the first four-person mount in the game. Players can choose from one of three seats while in the mount and their pose is dependant on the seat they choose. An extra cool feature of the Regalia is that it changes form as you fly. The Regalia is waterproof, making it capable of traveling underwater as well.
- Noctis’s Hairstyle and Outfit – Players can rock some royal style with this new haircut and all-black outfit.
- Noctis Lucis Caelum Triple Triad Card – This card can be used in Triple Triad matches across Hydaelyn.
- Various Orchestrion Rolls – Players can add some great music from FFXV’s amazing soundtrack to their collection. The titles are as follows
- Hammerhead
- Valse di Fantastica
- Relax and Reflect
- Veiled in Black.
- Apocalypsis Noctis
- A Quick Pit Stop
Event Requirements
In order to participate in the “A Nocturne for Heroes” event, players must reach Level 50 in the game. For those who haven’t quite reached the milestone, there are a couple of ways to get to the goal more quickly. One way is via Tales of Adventure items — you can learn more about those here. Another way is by pre-ordering the upcoming FFXIV: Shadowbringers DLC. With the pre-order, players are granted the experience-boosting aethertye earring, which helps to level up faster. You can learn about the upcoming DLC and place your pre-order here.
Once you reach level 50, you’ll need to complete the main scenario quest “The Ultimate Weapon.” From there the FFXV crossover event will become available to you.

If you’ve completed the above prerequisites, you can start the event quests by finding Kipih Jakkya in Ul’dah (8.5, 9.7). There you’ll learn she’s seeking to uncover the truth behind some wild rumors for her latest article. This will launch your first event quest, The Man in Black.

Final Fantasy XIV Halloween Event To Start October 17
While details are light for now, this year’s All Saints’ Wake has a few cute prizes in store.
Halloween is quickly approaching in all the land of Eorzea, and now Square Enix have announced the events that will take place in Final Fantasy XIV. Once again, All Saints’ Wake is returning, with a new mission. It’ll take place from Thursday, October 17th, 1 AM PDT until Friday, November 1, at 7:59 AM PDT.
We don’t have the details on the actual mission itself yet, but fear not! (Or do, because it’s Halloween.) They’ve reserved a little space on the page for the mission details, as they’ve listed for prior years. The past two years, the events have centered around the mysterious (and possibly ill-intended) Continental Circus. In 2017, there was a werewolf looking to join the crew, and you both had to prove yourselves. Last year, it sounded like there was a plot afoot to revive the Night of Devilry.
Now, it looks like there’s a procession theme to things, plus the subtitle. “Evil’s In The Eye Of The Beholder.” One of the loot prizes is a creepy-looking flying eye mount, with a frankly adorable little witch hat. In addition, there are also home decorations, including a pumpkin carriage and an advertisement for the “All Saints’ Wake” Procession.
In addition to the quests, for the past three years, they’ve had The Haunted Manor, a low-level duty/dungeon exclusively for the season. Instead of just fighting, you had to encounter three games, chosen at random out of seven possible games. You lose the dungeon if your Sanity Meter depletes by failing or messing up tasks. Chances are, The Haunted Manor will re-emerge — or maybe there’ll be a new one! (Who knows!? But the games do sound fun…)
More Final Fantasy XIV:
If you want to participate in the event, you just need to get through a few hours of grinding up your character. The requirements listed are that you must be Level 15 and have completed the quest, “It’s Probably Pirates.” This is the first dungeon quest in the game — so basically, they want you to be able to find parties. Once you’ve reached that point, you can find the missions in Old Gridania, through the Adventurers’ Guild Investigator. And make sure you do it before the event ends on November 1, because you can’t save the mission beyond that point!
Did you miss prior years’ goodies? It looks like some of the look from prior All Saints’ Wake events will be available through the event vendor. Of course, that’ll probably be a limited-time offer too.
More details will likely emerge soon on the official Square Enix page for the event.

Продолжение вышедшего 10 апреля ремейка Final Fantasy VII находится сейчас на стадии планирования. Разработчики обдумывают концепт и собирают идеи, но окончательно утвержденного графика производства пока не имеют. Об этом они рассказали в официальном интервью, которое было опубликовано в появившемся недавно на территории Японии гайдбуке Final Fantasy VII Remake Ultimania.
Первая часть Final Fantasy VII Remake разворачивалась в городе Мидгаре. В продолжении герои должны отправиться в другие известные по оригинальной игре места, и разработчики пока до конца не придумали, что будут делать с глобальной картой мира.
“Действие первой части [компиляции] Final Fantasy VII Remake происходило в Мидгаре. Именно я отвечал за проработку этого города во времена создания оригинала, так что знаю его как свои пять пальцев. Но следующие игры будут проходить в местах, которые, честно говоря, я уже плохо помню. Так что мне придется посмотреть геймплей, чтобы освежить воспоминания. Например, когда герои покидают Мидгар, как именно они попадают в Кальм?”, – отметил Мотому Торияма, соруководитель разработки Final Fantasy VII Remake, создатель трилогии Final Fantasy XIII.
Разработчики сходятся на мнении, что вторая часть ремейка Final Fantasy VII должна получиться более “открытой” и дать игрокам “прочувствовать просторы вселенной Final Fantasy VII”. Но как это все будет реализовано структурно, они пока не решили. Дело в том, что примитивной картой времен игры с первой PlayStation здесь не обойдешься, а при создании большого мира с использованием современных технологий важно не забывать о балансе – Final Fantasy VII Remake позиционируется как повествовательное приключение, поэтому история во второй части должна оставаться захватывающей и не проседать.
“Нам еще предстоит разобраться с вопросом [переосмысления карты]. Если мы решим создавать крупный мир, нам нужно определиться, как мы параллельно сможем подавать захватывающую историю”, – объяснил Наоки Хамагути, еще один соруководитель разработки Final Fantasy VII Remake.
В другом интервью, опубликованном на страницах Final Fantasy VII Remake Ultimania, руководитель разработки игры Тецуя Номура и старший продюсер Ёсинори Китасе рассказали, что пока не решили, из какого количества частей будет состоять проект.
“Многое зависит от того, какой отдел будет отвечать за производство. Большую роль играет и общее количество игр. Если мы решим, что каждый следующий проект должен стать действительно масштабным, то на разработку, соответственно, уйдет больше времени. Или же мы решим создать несколько игр меньшего размера, тогда они смогут выходить быстрее. Лично мне хотелось бы, чтобы следующая часть вышла как можно раньше”, – говорил Номура.
Интересно, что Square Enix объявила о начале создания второй части Final Fantasy VII Remake еще в прошлом году.
