Большая часть новых DLC для Final Fantasy XV отменена. Руководитель игры уходит из Square Enix

В апреле 2018-го Square Enix хвасталась, что Final Fantasy XV конечно будет развиваться и в 2019 году: для игрушки рекламировали новенькую пачку дополнений, а также несколько апдейтов. Намедни прошла трансляция, в коей Square Enix побеседовала о будущем Final Fantasy XV. Фанаты ждали каких-нибудь видеороликов к последующим DLC, а получили несколько шокирующих заявлений.

Из Square Enix уходит Хадзиме Табата (Hajime Tabata) — управляющий Final Fantasy XV. За исключением того, он больше не возглавляет Luminous Productions, новое подразделение японского издательства. Допустимо, уход Табаты как-то связан с дырой в бюджете Square Enix, о коей мы писали чуток ранее.

Табата сообщил, что собирается открыть собственный свой бизнес.

Дополнения с темой «Будущее, которое все ожидали» не выйдут: Square Enix отменяет эпизоды про Аранею, Лунафрейю и Ноктиса. Вообще всего в новеньком сезоне создатели собирались выпустить четыре DLC, но в итоге до релиза доберётся только лишь одно — про Ардина, злодея Final Fantasy XV.

Episode Ardyn берет старт в марте 2019-го на PC, PlayStation 4 и Xbox One. Дополнение конечно будет аккомпанировать маленький аниме-пролог. Тизеры мульта выйдут 15 декабря (двенадцатый месяц григорианского календаря) 2018-го и 10 января 2019-го.

Square Enix также заявила, что окончила интенсивную поддержку PC-версии Final Fantasy XV. В апреле компания угражала выпустить полный инструментарий для модификаций с редактором карт, но, похоже, их отменили.

Посреди не таких сумрачных новостей — самостоятельный выход мультиплеерного аддона Final Fantasy XV: Comrades состоится 12 декабря на PlayStation 4 и Xbox One (PC не упоминается). Если вы приобрели Comrades как добавку к основной данной игре, то новенькую версию получите бесплатно. За исключением того, Comrades уберут из основной Final Fantasy XV — тем, кто пожелает отправиться в мультиплеер, придётся скачать и запустить отдельную данную игру.

Как пишет DualShockers, Comrades у хозяев Final Fantasy XV Виндовс Edition появится в виде новенькой игрушки в библиотеке.

В самостоятельную версию мультиплеера введут 10 новейших начальников, костюмчики и орудие.

В конце концов, в Final Fantasy XV начнётся кроссовер с MMO Final Fantasy XIV. Ноктис и его друзья сумеют найти кошкодевушку по имени Y’jhimei и выполнить квест Adventurer from Another World. В ходе спец задания герои столкнутся с начальником Garuda из FF XIV и получат свежие костюмчики (судя по видео ролику, кошкомальчиков).

Кроссовер добавят в Final Fantasy XV 12 декабря.

Релиз апдейта 4.25 для Final Fantasy XIV

Square Enix подготовила для своих фанатов очередное дополнение к ММОРПГ Final Fantasy XIV. Апдейт 4.25 добавил групповую зону, механику кастомизации Чокобо, экипировку и исправил баги.
